Foley’s remarkable journey began at age 13 when she first picked up a guitar. By 21, she had relocated to Austin, Texas, signing with the legendary Antone’s Records—the same label that launched Stevie Ray Vaughan. Her 1992 debut album Young Girl Blues announced the arrival of a formidable new voice in blues music.
