All vinyl records are sent in durable packaging that is catered to protecting vinyl records during shipment.

Record Store Canada does offer to replace an order lost in the mail (subject to availability), thirty days from date of shipping. We determine that thirty days allows a reasonable amount of time for delivery (when considering factors such as the destination country, possible customs inspection, weather conditions, general delays etc), and would therefore be considered lost outside of that window of time. A claim will be processed and submitted to our mail carrier for the lost shipment.

You can return your purchase to Record Store Canada within 30 days of purchase. If the reason for the return is a defective product, incorrect description, or wrong item sent, you will not have to pay the return shipping fees. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or Defective items will be returned at no charge for shipping. On all other returns, return shipping charges will apply.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less any applicable return shipping charges within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@recordstore.ca

Record Store Canada is located in, and ships from Ontario, Canada. In order to offer the best shipping prices possible, we use multiple shipping carriers such as ICS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post and USPS to ship orders across Canada and to the United States. We experience average delivery times of around three to ten working days, depending on location. However, the destination country's mail service is the one delivering your order.
