Record Store Canada – Shipping Policy on Shopify
Thank you for shopping with Record Store Canada!
Record Store Canada is located in, and ships from Burlington, Ontario, Canada. In order to offer the best shipping prices possible, we use multiple shipping carriers such as GLS, ICS, FedEx, UPS and Canada Post and USPS to ship orders across Canada and to the United States. We experience average delivery times of around three to ten working days, depending on location. However, the destination country's mail service is the one delivering your order.
Please note that when importing items into your country, Buyers are considered the importer of record and Buyers must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Buyers might be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Please note, that most countries do have a tax-free limit allowance when it comes to importing goods.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Record Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@recordstore.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
