Rather than a conventional remix album with added beats or guest producers, it is a set of “ghost mixes” engineered and mixed by the band themselves, who return to the original multitracks and strip the songs down to their “spectral core,” emphasizing atmosphere, texture, and slow-blooming dynamics over verses and choruses.
