The Divine Feminine - 10th Anniversary

Mac Miller’s The Divine Feminine – 10th Anniversary expands his 2016 fourth studio album with three previously unreleased recordings from its original sessions: “Grand,” “Channel 13,” and “Butterflies.” Released October 2, 2026, through Warner Records, the 13-track edition revisits a pivotal shift toward jazz, funk, neo-soul, and a more prominent singing voice. At its center is intimacy, explored through physical desire, affection, vulnerability, and the search for connection. “Dang!,” featuring Anderson .Paak, pairs an infectious groove with relationship anxiety, while “My Favorite Part,” with Ariana Grande, lets Miller’s understated croon take precedence over his rapping.

The collaborators broaden that palette without displacing Miller: Bilal appears on the piano-led “Congratulations,” Ty Dolla $ign joins the expansive “Cinderella,” and Kendrick Lamar contributes to the original closing track, “God Is Fair, Sexy Nasty.” The anniversary additions follow that finale rather than interrupting the original sequence, offering a further glimpse into the same creative period. “Grand” foregrounds Miller at the keys, while “Butterflies” brings Thundercat’s bass into a neo-soul setting. Together, the bonus recordings extend the album’s emotional and musical vocabulary, making this edition an expanded portrait of Miller’s development as a singer, songwriter, and collaborative bandleader rather than a reinvention of the original record.
